This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the terms under which you may access and use services provided by GenuineShift. By using our services you agree to comply with this AUP.

Permitted Use

You may use our services for lawful personal or professional purposes only, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights;
  • Distribute, upload, or publish any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful;
  • Introduce malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any other harmful code;
  • Conduct phishing, spoofing, or other deceptive activities;
  • Engage in unauthorised access, scraping, or reverse engineering of any part of our systems;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services or third-party infrastructure;
  • Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group;
  • Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) or operate a mailing list without proper consent.

Intellectual Property

You must not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission. You must respect the intellectual property rights of others when using our services.

Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any misuse of our services, please report it immediately to support@genuineshift.com.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. Where a violation is confirmed we may, without notice: remove offending content, suspend or terminate access to our services, report the matter to law enforcement authorities, and/or seek damages.

Changes

We may update this AUP to reflect changes in law, technology, or our services. Material changes will be communicated in advance where practicable.
